New GC2410 3pt. hitch hydrolics issue

They shouldn't be going under the backhoe. The connections that are coupled and uncoupled while removing the backhoe are what needs to be changed.

1/4" Pipe thread is what tho hose ends are where the quick connects screw on. That's where it should get changed.

What I think needs to happen is that the Blue cables need to be swapped from the tractor to the backhoe and backhoe to tractor. This would probably be the easiest fix. It would allow the yellow/blue to connect w/ backhoe off and allow for the backhoe to be reattached w/ the proper cable config.

Edit: So you are saying the quick attach ends can be unscrewed and re-attached, I assumed they were crimped. Will I dump all/a lot of the hydro fluid?

Ok I'm dumb. It looks like I can just swap the quick connet assorted for my blue line. How can I avoid loosing a lot of hydro fluid and avoid introducing air

I fixed the issue by swapping the quick disconnects on the blue lines. This allowed me to couple the Yellow and Blue on the tractor side, leaving the red/sump free. With a 2nd set of hands I didn't loose any fluid.

The 3pt hitch now raises and lowers but seems to bind pretty bad on the lower backhoe receivers, preventing it from lowering all the way. I was able to coax a heavy hitch on but it is about 3" to high to be able to install it from the cart/stand.

Not sure if all those pictures at the begining are of your tractor, but it looks like the vertical link on the right side, the adjustable one, needs the bottom fork to be turned 1/2 rotation. So it angles toward the inside. Matching the left side link.

I noticed that too and fixed it prior to fixing the hydro issue.

The 3pt assembly came completely detached from the tractor including the steel rod that holds the lower arms and the middle flange. With anything attached to the 3pt it will not lower below the backhoe receiving cups.

Is this normal? Did I get the wrong kit?

I'm pretty sure there's just one kit. What's the implement you're putting on. These have a "limited" category 1 hitch. Some implements just don't work right on them. I'm thinking what you're trying to put on may just be too wide at the hitch points.

It is a Heavy Hitch (http://www.heavyhitch.com/) Cat1. it measures 27.5"

I know the JD2305 and BXes are limited cat1, I thought the GCs were full Cat1

They are full cat 1 hitches. But they are "limited". Meaning they have a limited amount of lift height, and a limited amount of width.

Some devices may not work well in the respect that they will not lift as high as you would like, when you raise them.

A post hole digger for example, may not have the height to get the auger completely clear of the ground.

Occasionally, someone has had to move the lift pins on an implement to the inside of the implement attachment point, rather than the outside, to obtain better clearance from the tires.

BX implements work best with these tractors because they take in to account these limitations in their design.
