New GC2410 3pt. hitch hydrolics issue

They are full cat 1 hitches. But they are "limited". Meaning they have a limited amount of lift height, and a limited amount of width.

Some devices may not work well in the respect that they will not lift as high as you would like, when you raise them.

A post hole digger for example, may not have the height to get the auger completely clear of the ground.

Occasionally, someone has had to move the lift pins on an implement to the inside of the implement attachment point, rather than the outside, to obtain better clearance from the tires.

BX implements work best with these tractors because they take in to account these limitations in their design.
Good point, a smaller post hole digger is required for the GC series.

I've only tried plows, cultivators, middlebuster and tiller that my BIL has. So far those attachments went on effortlessly, with plenty of clearance from the tire.

Sorry to bring back an old thread,
I just hooked up a countyline box blade and coupled the yellow and red together as the blue was the only one with the a cap (and the cap was blue). With this configuration, the hitch would not move at all. I was getting ready to call the dealer to come pick it up when for the heck of it I swapped the yellow with the blue and sure enough it worked.
The only thing that concerns me, is it normal when raising the hitch for it to go up rapidly and squeal a little? I just want to make sure I'm not hurting it in the long run because the cable configuration may not be correct.

Mine will squeal, just before it kicks in to the neutral position.
