Check with these places in Shelton. I visited someone out your way earlier this year, they were having some work done on an older tractor and I rode along.

The Tractor Shop
These guys repair old tractors I understand and end up with some good old tractors on their lot. They are said to be great mechanics.

I work for a private, not for profit, so I can relate to your budget limitations. Maybe you don't have to wait on a six member board of directors to decide when to milk the cows. Good luck
