Proud owner of a ck4010 I've had for about 8 months now. I really like the machine but I found the parts and support are hard to come by. I bought it used with 120 hrs and the dealer the gentleman purchaser from originally hasn't been a lot of help. I'm looking to do a full service soon and I was wondering where you guys find your filters. There must be a good deal somewhere. I was also wondering what oil you guys run. I'd like to run delo if possible since it's what I run in my truck but if I need to get something else no problem. Paid a pretty penny for this thing and want to keep it running good. Thanks in advance

Maybe not the cheapest but a good place to start. I've bought from Nolt's Power before with no problems.

X2 on Nolts power equipment. Its where I get all my filters....they have a EBay store. For parts I use Michigan Iron and Equipment in Michigan. I use Mobil Delvac 15/40 which I also use in the motorhome.

Thanks. I'll hit them up. It definitely feels good to join the club. Operate heavy equipment at work all the time and I've been really impressed with what this Kioti does for its size. The one I found has a bradco 4 in 1 bucket on the front and a kb2475l bakhoe. I bought it to tame the half acre of wilderness my house at sits on. I'm digging out a lot of stumps between 1 and 3 ft, and bring it in several hundred yards of fill. On top of that, it's just fun. My nephew's can't get enough of it.

Welcome to TBN and the Kioti pak!
If not done already I suggest loading the rear tires, in spite of the backhoe.
I use Shell Rotella Diesel oil, and have been happy with it.
Need to see pics or it doesn't exist!

Tractorjoe.com has lots of parts. There’s also some good cross references for filters on the forum here. I also buy from Amazon, Rockauto, and from the dealer.

I use Amsoil 5W40 signature series synthetic diesel oil in all my diesels.

I use Klondike full synthetic UTF because it’s a good price and has excellent specs.

I also use diesel fuel additive: and cetane improver and a lubricity improver.

A frost plug block heater was the most difficult part to source so far, because the dealer wanted almost $100 for it. I ended up just buying a SS 3/4” pipe union from the local hardware store for $8 to make my own sleeve and bought a standard Philips & Temro (aka Zerostart and Kats) block heater for $20.

Welcome to the pack! Just bought my 4010 new last summer and parts are hard to find even for my dealer! Been in the shop 3 weeks due to a bad valve or switch (noisy on phone and couldn't hear him clearly) which is back ordered! Sigh...

Enjoy the site and X2 to pictures!!

You're kidding, on finding parts right!? You're in SC, where Kioti Corporate offices and I believe their East coast warehouse is too?
Something being backordered doesn't mean parts can't be found- it means they are out of stock on a particular part.
Today the 'norm' is: 'just in time' parts delivery, which equates to me as: 'never in time' for the consumer. Most manufacturers seem to do this routine, and it really pisses me off. Basically one has to have something break when the part is in stock to make it convenient to the seller of the part. Azz backward from where I stand!

I thought Kioti USA is in Wendell NC. Has that changed? As far as I know, all business has to be done through dealers and the Tractor Place in Knightdale NC, is only 12-15 miles west of Wendell.

Hi Coyote! Wish I was kidding. Part has been on order for 2 weeks. I have been beyond swamped at work to even get by there to discuss.

I imagine your using Dixon Tractor. Randy Dixon and Paul is the one your dealing with. They right in your town. Good people. Sorry your running into a snag. Its very uncommon for them to not have a part. They have an extensive parts inventory. But sometimes you hit it in the crack. Hope they get it in soon. But I can tell you they swamped right now so keep "greasing that wheel"... if you know what I mean?

Yeah, known Randy quite a few years. My biggest issue is not the best communication in the world (a couple of phone calls to update me would be great instead of me having to call several times a week), but I know he will make it right as soon as he can. Took them a week and a half just to work in being about to come get it from my house! As you know, some rain lately so the wife will be chomping at the bit to mow soon! :jaded:

Got home about 9 last night and it was sitting in the driveway. Made mama a happy wife! Hope to make it by there today to ask him specifically what they found (again the communication thing).

Oh I am familiar with that! LOL... thats why I mentioned the "squeaky wheel"... they so busy up there that if you don't stay in their ear they going to just drop thinking about you. I learned that real fast. Its the price of success. Read my latest PSA. That was Randy that came out yesterday to fix my situation. I did business with him for a number years but this is my first tractor purchase from him. He apparently was delivering yours before he came over to see me. Tell him I said hey and to go ahead and get that dual rear remote on order for me and those telescoping lift arms too! LOL... jk...

I mistakenly said SC when I meant to say NC for Kioti HQ, etc. Don't want to mislead anyone...
