First off, welcome!

Second, you'll have to be a bit more specific. The TC series has been out of production for at least 9 years, but were generally considered good machines. The current Workmaster line is made by Shibaura for New Holland, and are good machines, but it seems they're now using a Fiat engine since CNH is part of the Fiat global group. The Boomer series are made by LS for New Holland and are good machines, but can be bought from LS directly for thousands less ($10K difference isn't unheard of, but is on the high side).

The TC models were more full-featured, the Workmaster a little more simple, and the Boomer series pretty full-featured as well.

Do you have any specific models in mind? You can compare specs on TractorData.com (it's not perfect, but still pretty good).
