Well, JDBNH needs to stop coming on to the deere forum and telling us to buy some blue when I preferably like Green. Hes coming to reccomend us to every similar NH model to a deere he has in his mind. I hate their Gearboxes on their big Rowcrop tractors. Anyways time to wrap it up, Nice NH Boomer 8N you got there, how does it operate?

So far the 8N is great. Two hours of seat time today mowing pasture. Lots of power to the bushhog. CVT transmission is nice. Just like driving a car. Still trying to get everything programmed. I bushhogged at 3 mph today, am slowly going to increase that to what my back can take. Preset cruise control speed is in 1/2 mph increments.

I was going to buy one and then found that they were produced by Club Car. So I went to a Polaris dealer and purchased a Ranger 500 EFI. The Polaris had more HP and a better ride IMO; it is one heck of a machine. The Ranger 800 are nice also if you need a bigger machine. Actually when my NH dealer came out to drop off the new tractor, I had him drive it. He was impressed with the smooth ride, take off power and how easy it was to put in one wheel, two wheel (positraction) and four wheel drive. FYI - Make sure the UTV you purchase is a true four wheel machine. Not all UTVs that claim to be four wheel drive machines are; some are only three wheel drive (both rear wheels spin and only one front wheel spins).
