Question, since I don't have the quick attach bucket, do any of you have some low cost solutions? Right now I am planning on biulding some forks, and I would love to see some ideas of other home made, or even purchased forks that will work with a bucket in place.

Welcome to TBN Wally. These guys are the greatest and the most infomative.Glad to see you went with the Blue. I am looking at the TC40DA to replace my 33D and I like what I see. Congrats on your new toy.

If you have a FEL, putting the bucket on the ground and raising the wheels slightly will make shifting into and out of 4WD easy. Also, if you move the steering wheel left and right while moving forward slowly, that may make it easier. The problem is called "driveline wind-up" and is caused by tension between the front differential and the transmission. Relieving the tension will allow easy shifting.

Great tip, Jinman, thanks. I've always done the forward/backward dance to get my 2120 out of 4wd. Lifting the wheels works much better.

Unfortunately, if I remember correctly,. someone posted an obituary of Madreferee all of a year ago or maybe closer to two years ago,, He was fantastic with hydraulics and was from somewhere in upper New England area..
