New Holland TC45D won't start fuel supply issue

I have a 2003 New Holland TC45D that I'm having issues with. I have a good supply of fuel when I loosen the bolt on top of the fuel pump to bleed the lines, but I cannot get any fuel to the injectors. I have tried loosening them and cranking when they are loose, but no fuel arrives. Any suggestions?

I'm not much of a mechanic. I don't think there is water in the fuel. I drained a fair amount of fuel out at the filter and did not notice any. How do you check the metering valve and injector pump?

Don't know your particular model but many tractors have a lift pump to deliver fuel to the injection pump.

If the fuel level in the tank is high enough you will see fuel at the lift pump but if the lift pump has failed, there will be no fuel to the injection pump.

Some owners with your problem try using a small quantity of fuel in a squeeze bottle like a mustard one, attach the outlet of the bottle to the in side of the injection pump with a hose and hold or secure this small fuel supply well above the injection pump.

Some mechanical lift pumps when they fail start leaking fuel into the crankcase seriously diluting the oil.

I know this is an old thread but, I am having fuel issues too. I have checked the system to the outlet that supplies injectors from the ( I assume) the fuel pump. Can anyone tell me how much fuel should be coming out here? It has some fuel flow but not much. Is the pump a bolt off bolt on kind of job? Any help appreciated.

Is your fuel shutoff solenoid one of the type that runs the rack to close of the injectors.
Can you hear and feel the solenoid activate when you plug and unplug it?

I had it out and bench tested. The plunger pulled in when I put power to it. I'm not sure what the rack is.

So far I have blown all the lines out. Removed the tank (a few weeks back) Ran fine after. New filter. Getting fuel in and out of the bowl. Solenoid appears to work okay. I am not sure what the fuel outlet hooks to before it goes to injector pump. I thought it was a fuel lift pump but can't find any that look like it.
To be clear I know nothing about diesel. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty but I am afraid of doing more harm then good!
I should add. 2003 TC45D 4 cyl

The diagram looks like the filter feeds the injection pump with no pre feed. You may want to see if the screen on the pick-up is clogged if you're getting low flow & filters are clean. Or, since warranty isn't an issue, add an electric fuel pump before or after the filter o boost flow.
