Thanks! Getting very excited and antsy now. Going to move some stuff over into the storage and other finished rooms in the basement tomorrow. The folks buying our current home are going to be moving some stuff into it this weekend as they have to be out by 11/17.

Curious why you are going with metal on the walls when you have all those nice studs there? OSB, house wrap and a variety of siding options are available with studs.

Mostly just due to cost and ease of maintenance. I would have loved to have OSB'd, house wrapped, and put vinyl siding on it, but it's just not in the budget unfortunately.

Fordman- Late to the thread but good move on the door height. My 4720 just makes it at 8'. If I ever put chains on it-new ball game!

Thanks! Yeah, I hope to get something larger in the future (10-15 years) and don't want to be constrained by garage door height. Now I definitely won't be!
