I ask my dealer about this. and thay said it never came to pass. there was a problem with it. i wanted one. :( and though it was on the website. deere never shipped them out. and he thought the project was going to be scraped. I guess we will see.

Chris....:)

My opoligies to everyone. I was completely wrong..:(
after looking at this closely. this was not what i was talking about.
this is a completely different tool . what i thought this was . is the single lever IMatch quick hitch. JD acualy had it on there website and the attachment book. but my dealer said it just never came to pass.
and you could not order one. it was not this PTO shaft connector.
so i was wrong....:(

I have seen the auto hitch listed on the on-line catalog for the 2520.

That a real slick setup!! Definitely something to consider should anyone be lookin' to upgrade a newer tractor or when buyin' a new CUT.

And RFDTV is a great channel!! If you have a chance to get that on your cable or satellite -- it's worth it.

Hi all,
I was looking at that autohitch and went on the site to find it like $380.00 for the autohitch and another $270.00 RC1070 rotory cutter Attachment so you can hook it up I think i will just get off the tractor and put on t the PTO myself.

a must have for anyone changing implements often. for me, my backhoe is on most of the time so not worth it.

Hear, hear. I wish I could leave the 3PH draft arms in place with the backhoe on. Hooking up or removing the backhoe has been a matter of 2-3 minutes. I've got the 3ph assembly down to about 10. For the bolted keepers on the main pins, can a lynch pin be substituted for the nut and bolt? Still, for me this assembly takes all the time and an I-match would just add an extra step. I haven't had a problem jostling implements into place, even on sloped ground. It is significantly easier with a helper to line things up while I lift, backup etc.
