You can order one from the tractor supply store in Ithaca if they do not have one in stock and it should be here next week if not sooner as they get a truck/delivery every couple of days on average.

Oh man... no!!! The Tractor Supply blades are made by Tarter Manufacturing, Dunnville, KY.

The Tractor Supply blades looks way worse than the Frontier RB2072 I sold! Seriously, not good.

Well I was going to order edge tamers, instructions say I need 4 4” edge tamers for my 72” bucket ? Total cost with shipping comes to $288.93 wow that seems pretty expensive . To me it kinda seems like 2 or 3 4” edge tamer’s would be plenty ?
There is a very similar product on Amazon that looks the same but I’d much cheaper than edge tamers. $88 for 2. Still all steel construction.

The County Line brand of implements are still available for sale at Tractor Supply and as far as I know are not made by Tarter.

Everyone's needs are different. I had a 7' County Line blade for years, and it was great... the perfect balance between lightweight and well built. I prefer light rear blades for snow removal.

Same as guys do with a blade. Some 1 1/2 inch sch 40 pipe, slit or weld tabs to mount on the edge.
Exactly what I do. Slit a length of pipe with a plasma cutter. Weld on three tabs, to bolt it to the bucket edge. Bob's your auntie. I've been using mine now for about 10 years now, it's a little worn but doing fine.
Note; for the first few snow falls I float the driveway to build up about a 3" firm snow base. Temperature should be at least -10, so the snow freezes as it's floated. That way the base is flat and smooth.

Just stopped by there a month ago coming back from Nashville and chatted.... they make Frontier rotary cutters and blades for many including Tractor Supply. If you look at Tarter's web site they even list Tractor Supply as their retailer... doesn't matter though.

The moldboard on their blades suck. Might scape out a hog pen just fine but it will NOT roll snow. I mean c'mon! LOOK at it. I had a Frontier blade that had more curve than TSC's and IT sucked. Going 50 ft in a 3" nuisance snow is all it could handle before being completely overwhelmed. IT WOULDN'T UNLOAD. Don't tell somebody here to buy this for snow! C'mon!

For a small light tractor doing snow removal....even the light cheap blades are fine

You are right that some blades are just terrible.

It's the small light tractors that especially need an efficient tool! Not commenting on the 'light' or 'cheap'... the moldboard shape is terrible for snow! I wouldn't have known the difference if I hadn't started with that old Land Pride blade. My tractor would fly. Bought the Frontier (flat blade) and couldn't get anywhere in snow. Bought a nice, deep curved moldboard on the 3rd blade and she flies again.

I used 2" ABS pipe on my bucket and gravel driveway, made a big difference and it was cheap. I slit it on the tablesaw and used a rubber mallet to put it on. PVC is too brittle at freezing temperatures.

Thank you all, but I'll keep my 6' snowblower. A blade or loader are a joke in 2+ feet of snow. If I only had to move 6" of snow then maybe. But with the snow we get and over 12 other driveways, a blower is the only way to go.
