Tractor
Kubota L3240HST-3, Hustler Fastrak 54" ZTR
After reasearching several tractors and reading countless threads here, I finally settled on a Kubota L3240. Thanks to all the members here who are willing to share their wisdom and advice, it is much appreciated! I really felt like I knew exactly what I was looking for by the time I went to dealerships to go on some test drives.

Ok, here's all the details:

L3240 HST-3
LA724 FEL with 72" standard squareback bucket
Hooks welded to bucket center and at the loader arms
Bobcat style quick attach
3rd function valve for a future grapple
R4 tires filled with Rim Guard
Indestructable sunshade (rainshade here in WA)

Woods 5' rotary cutter
Woods 65" box blade
Land Pride 72" grading scraper
Rankin quick hitch

The guys at Dan's Tractor (Battle Ground, WA) were great to deal with and were extremely helpful. The first time I stopped by they didn't have any GL40 HST's in stock for me to test drive so they had a 3240 brought in the next day from another dealership. Every time I came in, no matter who was helping me, they knew my name and what I was there for. Best customer service from anywhere that I've experienced.

I have a week off work starting next Wednesday. Can't wait to get some seat time!

Looks Great, all of it!!! Tractor, land and buildings. Also great to find a dealership that wants customers and cares if they buy from them. Looks like a bunch of Home Runs!
I had a L3240HST and it was a Grand Tractor. It needed more land to roam than I had so I believe yours will have room and work to do and it'll do it!:D

Great looking tractor that Grand L3240 is, nice to see that it has a good home ready for it.

VERRY NICE!

Love the barn. It looks like there is room around the tractor in the barn. Maybe you should fit in a 5740:D!

Thanks everyone! Now I just need my kids to wake up from their nap so I can go outside and start making some noise!

It looks too clean to me. But since you just got it I guess we can overlook that.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did your LandPride grading scrapper cost or list for? I asked the local dealer who said he would get back to me with a price but hasn't yet (I think he forgot). I'm trying to find out how much cheaper making one would be.

It was a little on the spendy side for me but I'm pretty desperate to get my road fixed so I decided to go for it. One dealer quoted me $1395 plus tax and he had to order it in, another one in Oregon had it in stock and quoted $1336, no tax so I bought that one and picked it up in my truck.

Anything must be better than what I'm using now. My neighbor has some sort of frame made out of 3 sections of curved angle iron, maybe 3" by 3" 1/4" thick. I bolted on a short piece of I-beam I had left over for weight. This weekend I'm going to put a list together of what I would need and get a price on the steel.
