My local dealer sells an incredible amount of tractors. Other dealers I have spoke to about him all mention that when the annual Kubota convention that takes place in various cities in the country, he orders by far the most Kubotas of any of them. I think he has had a couple L4330's. They are apparently quite difficult to get as are the L4630's.
I've probably driven past at least a dozen Kubota lots from Ohio to Texas in the past 3 months. Being a tractor-head, naturally I had to give them the drive-by once-over, and each seemed to only have one or two of the new Grands, but nothing approaching a real selection. An admittedly weak survey, but they all seem to be really scarce right now. The dealers will all be happy to take orders, though!
I'd try another dealer. Mine was able to work with Kubota or with other dealers to trade and get what he needed to fill the order. I just ordered a 4330 that is supposed to be delivered Thursday. They got the tractor right away, but the loader was more difficult.
I just took delivery on an 4330HST w/853FEL on Friday. Dealer in Northern Wisconsin had both in stock but not alot of Grand 30's. This dealer happen to have the best price in addition to having the machine. I talked to several other dealers and they all said that the 3830's and 4330's were in short supply. One dealer told me that Kubota's policy is that if a dealer has a sale that they can go to any other dealer that has the tractor/loader/etc and get it from them.
I am really enjoying my 4330. I had intially decided on a 3830/723FEL but decided to move up. I don't think I over bought.
