re perk test. The guy that built my first house, went out and bailed the test hole over night. Passed, and oddly didn't have any septic problems.........

Our neighbors bought a plot of land, around 12 acres. They had to fight to find a place to put their septic. Had to do a mound system and there was only one spot on the entire 12 acres the county would allow them to put the septic. We have a gravity system and according to the permit (we did not install the system) we had a lot of places we could have put the system. They are 250 yards west of us.
