Picture is at the end of day one build, I think we did pretty good for only 2 of us building

It's a 40' x 16' And 10' high in the front and 6' in the rear

I like it. I'm not a fan of keeping my tractor in the rain. Looks like it will hold that and some. Nice work and keep the momentum!

Yes all the post are 4x6 and I hopefully will be done sometime Thursday. Should be starting steel by noon tomorrow

Here is the end of day 2 picture. We got up all the metal on the walls and all but 1 of the purlins up on the roof

So day 3 will be the last we will finish the roof and the trim , hopefully next week ill put some fill in then the doors will be next year

Only able to work 4 hours on 3rd day had stuff come up at the office will finish up Friday morning

I haven't decided on the doors yet either a double track sliding doors or roll up doors

Very nice! I'd like to build one of those as soon as I get my fence put up. Just to give me an idea of the cost, would you mind giving me a rough estimate. You don't need to be "on target", just a ballpark figure will do.

Here is the final results, my cousin who a builder work 26 hours and I worked 25 hours over four days
The material cost from menards was $2300.00 I paid my cousin $1200. I drew it up and figured out ( with help from their website) all the material and picked it up from menards. I installed extra grade boards because of the declining grade

That's not as bad as I thought it would be. I don't need a 40' er, so I should be able to drop quite a bit in cost. You two built it in no time and it really looks nice. I see you've already started filling it up. Lol! Thanks for the info! :thumbsup:
