New max 28 and new member

Just purchased a new Max 28 hst and it is to be delivered on Monday.
I got the FEL, MMM and backhoe. Unfortunately the backhoe is not
In yet so I'm paying for it and not able to use it. I will post a review once I get some hours on it.
Currently have a Ford 9N and am looking forward to a new machine.
Would like to hear the good and bad of the Max 28 from those that have one.

Welcome roughcut to the forum. I have had my Max 28 for three weeks now. This is my first tractor ever so I really don't have anything to compare it to. I can tell you that I love this machine!!! It is a beast and has handled everything I've used it for, from digging up stumps to creating a new driveway. Only two cons I've found so far, no cup holder and the oil dip stick is in a slightly awkward place.

I bought my Max 28 last March. It has been an excellent tractor. I use it for log splitting, driveway maintenance, and mowing. I use a medium duty 5 foot rotary cutter, 6 foot bushhog brand finish mower and a 5 foot boxblade. It has surpassed all expectations for me! Congratulations on your purchase. You'll love it.

They are amazing machines. I use mine for plowing, finish mowing, pallet moving, and it is wicked cool! Happy tractoring.

welcome to the forum! I got mine in dec, it rocks.

only confirmed issue I've had was with the pressure sensor wiring on the swivel seat.. you'll want to make sure it's got a zip tie holding the wire snug at the front of the seat.

Thanks for all of the responses on the Max and the friendly Welcomes! I did a lot of research and test drove all of the major tractor brands. The Max 28 just seemed like a lot of small tractor for the money.

Madmax28, how does the Max 28 handle the 6 foot bushog? I was planning on getting a 5 foot but would like to know your thoughts on the 6 foot.
