Hello everyone, I have never posted to anything before but now I really need some common sense answers. I have 3 acres of fenced pasture that will eventually be a retirement home for me and the love of my life. Right now it is hard dry with raised berms for flood irrigation (I know but it's expensive and wasteful) So I rented a bobcat with ripper to even everything out with blade. $1200. The top of the berms are scraped off, land ripped 1" and old runoff pond filled 40%. Did I mention I already paid for 20 walnut and 16 pistachio trees delivered barefoot in January? Also before the nut bug hit us the pasture was home to a lovely mare who recently died-she was 32. This dirt is very hard with lots of gravel and rock. So here's the thing I have a credit card with nice limit but I don't know what to buy. I plan to live at least another 20 years. Terrified about making mistakes and wasting money. Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom or guidance

Thank you, it's nice to be here. I'm sorry, when I saw your tractor pictures I thought you were trying to sell me a tractor!
