Sounds like a stuck switch. The cold will do that

I know this is an old thread, but the flashing and means you’re hydraulic fluid is too cold to function properly. The clutches on that tractor are hydraulic and they need to be warmed up. Let it sit until it warms up and that will go away. It’s not a flaw. It’s a safety measure.
