Hello, This is my first post. I need help in making a decision on which tractor to buy? We just moved into our house on 10 acres, all open. Right now, I will be mowing about 5 acres of land and eventually will have to mow/ take care of 2 or3 horses with the other 5 ac. We will be planting trees, maintaining a driveway, snow removal and general landscaping for now.
I have decided to buy a Kubota:
Choice #1. a used 1997 B2100 (440 hours)with FEL, hydro and 60" belly mower for $10,500 plus 6.49%APR ($218/36mnths w/ $4000 down) TOTALING = $11,848 after financing
Choice #2 A brand new B7510 with FEL, hydro, 60" rear mower for $13950. (0% APR)
Everything I have read indicates that 440 hours is not very much at all for a Kubota and I also like the idea of a belly mower. I spoke to the mechanic that serviced this machine and he said the only thing that ever need replacing on this machine was a hydrolic line. The previous owner brought the machine into the dealer for all service. Any and all of your opinions will be greatly appreciated.: /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
