I bought the front facing lights from Deere that mount on the signal brushguards as well as the rear worklight. The front facing lights are plug in and help greatly for after dark snow plowing. After I got them you could really tell the difference. The rear work light splices into one of the purple wires that feeds the front facing work light with a 10 cent connector.
Lighting plans for this year include adding another work light to the rear and putting the rear lights on their own waterproof toggle switch. As the tractor comes wired the front and rear work lights come on and go off at the same time. I use a three point log splitter and don't need the front lights on.
