I have an 1120 d with 90 hrs on it. Both back wheels have a lot of play that is clearly excessive. Does anyone know if Kubota has provided a solution to this problem?

I have more photos if anyone is interested in this repair. Just send me a message.

I recently replaced the same worn "plastic" bushings on a Yamaha 250 raptor, but with OEM bushings. Wear was due to no lubrication because owner did not notice grease fitting. Replaced all bushings anyway and found the lower ones, which were greased, had a lot LESS wear.

Nice job on the bushings, problem solved. To bad Kubota would not follow your lead.

PS: your previous attachments are invalid so we can't seem those.

was there ever a solution from kubota for the slop in the rear? bought a new x1140 in december. we jacked it up with 20 hours on machine and whoa buddy..... also had a vibration in 4x4. its been at my dealer a week and a half so far. just wondering if anybody ever got a solid fix from kubota on this? my dealer has always been great in the past and i don't like stirring things up too much, but I'm curious what others ultimatly experienced on this. Im under the impression from the last contact i made with them that kubota told them to have brass bushings made to replace the factory ones. Hopefully they really meant impregnated bronze.... sucks to be missing our toy during hunting season!!!

Its been nearly a year and this has not been addressed? The wife and I looked at buying one this year, but no way Jose until it is fixed.

Our current thinking is going with a different brand or a mini truck for 1/4 the cost. I like my B2620 tractor and ZD323, but wont pay 22k for a sloppy fit RTV.

I haven't noticed any issues on my new RTV-1120D, at least not apparent when driving or operating it (have about 100 miles on it now). It has a manufacture date of July 2015.

Dealer fixed mine with a similar procedure to what Great Dane outlined. Was having buyer's remorse but now I'm Very happy!

You should also check where the steering ram mounts to the left side of the upper frame rail. I was checking over mine due to abnormal tire wear/change in toe-in and looseness in the steering and found that the weld holding the mount to the frame didn't have any penetration and the frame rail was bent outward 1/4". This caused my tire wear/toe change because the upper control arm (which is the load carrying control arm) moved out ward and forward when the frame bent. I am going to add additional support after I bend the frame back into place. I guess you don't need to be a certified welder to work at the Kubota factory. My Kubota has not been abused and it only has 254 hours on it in the two years that I have had it.

Great Dane could you please provide me with more details? I don't have a lathe but would like to find someone to make me similar bushings. I replaced all suspension components except shocks on my first machine (1120D) with 2000 hrs on it and when it started getting sloppy only about 50 hrs later we sold it. Bought a brand new one and imagine my surprise when it started the nonsense less than 100 hrs in. Wore the tie rod ends out as well. It has about 2000 hrs on it and I'd like to run it for several more years. If I can get this bushing Crap straight I think the other components should be OK.

What size bushings did you start with? On the lower fronts did you just machine bushings for the ends, or do they go all the way through? If I remember correctly the lower fronts took a single long plastic bushing oem?

Thanks for any help you could give me.

Btw, kubota claims they have no record of anyone ever complaining of such a problem. Lol
