You would know. You never heard me talk about the 5740 but you do know how it led up to it it's supposed to rain all weekend here so I start tge removal of the custom stuff on the 4240. Signage is the first to come off. Gomer was the best :laughing:

Are you planning on putting the stock stereo back in it? You know, the one you just replaced a few months ago.:confused2: :laughing:

Actually the 5740 that's on the way has a factory one so I'm going to switch it over and use the new one I put in a few months ago. No way I'm letting that go. The new owner on the 4240 can have the new factory set up. :thumbsup:

Since Paul is going to use it for snow removal, it could be called Yeti or Polar Bear; but that would be better suited for a white tractor like a Bobcat/Kioti.

I'll have to throw a study at a name for the new beast.

You guys crack me up. I'm always open for suggestions but the locals have been coming in the shop asking me when Kioti Killer II is expected to arrive. I could just rename the 5740 Kioti Killer because I'm removing all the signage from the 4240 tomorrow.
Years ago when I operated heavy equipment we all had CB's in the machines. My handle Back then was either Diesel Weasel or Wildfire. I'll hold off on the new decals and see if something of interest surfaces.

I can't wait to see this new machine- I thought the one you have now is pretty fine, but I don't work in your league, so I am learning. You'll have to send some copies of your videos with the trade in, so whoever buys it will know it's a famous tractor! Hope your new loader bucket fits right onto the new tractor, but I'm sure it does. Sweet is all I can say.

Ya it looks like I'll have some things to post on now that the new tractor is coming and I have plenty to do to get it to were the 4240 is. I'm with you thinking the 4240 was a good machine. It has no issues and it's as clean as if it just left the factory. The only reason I'm doing this is because I have the opportunity to upgrade for little money and a need for a more powerful machine.
We are all in the same league here my friend that's why we all hang out here . I'll have a video or two on the new machine plus some photos to post.
