Your windmills are cordoned off? How are you supposed to urinate on them if you can't get to them?

LOL You, all the windfarms are gated off but everyone goes around the gates anyway.
But when you ever see one fail and those those 300 foot blades going flying it makes you not want to be around them anyway, LOL

I've spent a lot of recreational time around windmills, despite my loathing of them, and I've never seen one lose a blade. That would be terrifying.

What I oddly enjoy is the very odd noise they make; a lot of folks find it un-nerving, and I suppose I did at first too, but they're kind of soothing at night.

Thank you for starting this thread. I've seen a few more of the CF Moto Side by Sides here on our local trails lately. I'm curious to see / read your long term evaluation. Looks like you do the type of riding we love... We are in South Carolina, but frequent West Virginia and Tennessee.

My first SxS was a 2021 Honda Talon 1000R Live Valve... it was a very good machine... had a ton of fun on it. But, I could not see ANYTHING out of it from the rear... and barely out the front. Great machine, but I sold it and bought a 2023 Yamah RMax 1000 two seater, LE. This machine is amazing! I just had to get used to the CV Transmission since the Talon would shift. LOVED the paddle shifters.

For me, and my riding, the RMax is perfect. Sporty enough to haul the mail when you need it to, but utilitarian at the same time. Really getting use out of the Dump Bed.

This was my 2021 Talon R... great machine!

A buddy of mine bought a CF Moto last fall and so far he loves it.

My brother has the RX also and he really loves it, we are on our fourth Can-Am defender started with the 802 door open cab then had a four-door with a roof on it and took the grandkids for a while then ended up with a two-door with heat and now we have the four-door limited with air conditioning.

I have friends that have them near their property in West Texas and they say the biggest issue is wildfires that get started when they fail. Apparently they often throw a lot of sparks when they fail.

I almost bought a Honda Talon. I used to race Honda dirt bikes. But here in Ontario Canada they were $36,000 back in 2020. So for $35,000 I instead bought my fully equipped Kubota RTV-X1100C with a Boss vee plow installed.

Well I got about 450 miles on the CF last week and so far no issues at all and still happy. I still love that vee twin sound. And it's quieter than the all the Polaris's, Can Am's and Wolverine I have driven.

I'll keep you all posted if I have any issues in the future.

I should mention also, I like being able to switch between normal and sport modes.
When in normal...the clutch engagement and throttle are supper smooth for if you need to inch along. In sport, it's pretty abrupt.

You mentioned visibility. I have no problem backing up at all the way the cockpit and roll cage is shaped. Where you are seated is wider than the rear, so you can look over your shoulder or out the rear. Plus the mirrors are great.
Only downside to that shape though, is I didn't find installing the rear window keeps it any cleaner inside the cockpit.

And previously I mentioned it is cooler inside than the others. Well it kinda still is, but when doing lots of slow technical riding and big uphills......it is okay until you stop and it gets heat soaked. Then the heat doesn't go away, LOL

I'm also seeing a LOT of new CF Moto's out on the trails my last week of riding. But you know what is going to happen there......their prices are going to rise most likely. I just saw that new C-Force 1000 2-up atv and it's pretty much at Polaris prices now. But at least you still get a LOT more standard features for the price.

One other thing that surprised me.....despite it's odd and very minimal body work, you stay clean inside. (other than the dust all SxS's get in the cockpit.)
I swapped with friends that wanted to try mine and as soon as I started driving their RZR's and Can Am's I got covered in mud thrown off the front tires.

We've had a few fail here. Usually a fireball then blades flying. And I was shocked to see how far away some of them land.
