New TC Models

Hi All,

I just got off the phone with my local dealer and wanted to update everyone on what I found out.

The new model numbers will apply to all the new NH equipment. In the TC area, the TC35->TC45 will become the T2300 series with the 2310, 2320, and 2330 models. With this move, each model gets a 5 HP increase, thus the 2310 is now 40 HP and the 2330 is at 50 engine HP, etc. The "T" stands for "Tractor" and thus all combines will not be "C" series, etc.

I asked about the 2330 (50 HP) with a cab and, alas, that's the only one that doesn't come in a cab model!

Anyway, I have him pricing out the T2320 and T2410 cab models and I'll let everyone know.

Of course, as discussed here before, the T2410 and T2420 are the upgraded TC48 and TC55 models, each with a 5 HP bump, so they are now 55 and 60 HP. So, from the T2310 thru T2420 we have the 40,45,50,55,60 HP ranges.

I really can't believe that the T2330 would be the only model without a cab, but my dealer is checking into it.

What I'd be interested in finding out is what trans the new t2330 has. Is it a hydro or a shuttle? I wonder if it's the same size as the current tc45 or if it's a rebadged tc48. It's also interesteing to hear that the tc35 is going away and the 40hp model is going to be the lowest hp in that size tractor. I guess in you want a 35hp new holland you'll have to buy the tc34.

No sure, but I'm guessing all the Boomer lines will be rebadged and their HP changed to some degree. I'm guessing the TC34 will become part of a new T2200? series line with most likely a bit more HP. Also, expect a cab to show up in the T2200 series as well, at least according to what my dealer said today, but not confirmed.

job security at CNH corp. Added sales when owners with more money than brains needs a "new" 2200 because his "old' tc 34 isn't made anymore!
When a new CEO is moved to the tractor division, he may like the term CNH 9000 series, so guess what?

These new model numbers are confusing. The old ones were easier to remember.

Seems alot like the old Ford/NH numbering system of the '80s and '90s. Everything old is new again.

Hey All,

Just wanted to provide another update on the TC models. Dealer is working to get a T2410 with the shuttle-shift and is going to "work up" a price soon.

In the meantime, I got some more details on the changes to the new models. As stated last time, the 50 HP, T2330 will NOT be available with either a cab or HST as it will just come in an economy, 2 WD model. Not sure why, but that is what it looks like. If you want HST and a cab, the T2310 and T2320 will be mostly the same as the current TC40/45DA, etc.

The T2200 series (current TC31/34D) will include the T2210 and T2220 and will gain a few HP.

The T1500 series as we already know covers the TC30 and new TC35 (T1520).

The T1100 series will be the new name for the TZ series.

The TL becomes the T5000 series and the TS becomse the T6000 series, etc.

As stated before, the T2400 series will NOT have HST, and I complained that they better get HST in the 50+ HP range if they want to compete with Kubota and JD as they already have them, etc.

I wrote to CNH on line and asked when the class II boomers would be offered in a cab version. The reply said there are no current plans for a class II cab. Interesting. I hope they get one soon as I will be orange shortly.
