New TC Models

Thanks all for the replies on the EHSS. I guess I'll soon have a chance to compare all of them now. I'm a bit worried by the "new emission standards" for the diesels. If anyone knows how badly this might affect performance or add to potential long-term expenses (new filters, etc.), please let me know. I didn't buy an 2008 diesel (bot V-10 instead) truck because of all the new emission equipment on them.

I ordered a new Case DX55 in Feb. After ordering it, the dealer called to say there will be a delay of a few weeks as they switched over to the new models, with the new emission standards. My tractor uses the same filters, fluids, etc, and there is little or no differnces in the specs. They did, however, discontinue offering Draft Control on it. When I look up parts on the CIH site, there is a specific parts list to access for the 02/2007 and later models, so there must be some minor differences. I think the Hydraulic pump or steering pump is different, but I forget which one now.

Hey All,

Just to keep the thread going, the dealer finally got back to me with a price. He was a bit upset at the high price of approximately $29K for the cabbed version of the 2410, and this is WITHOUT a loader. He mentioned that I only paid $31K for my JX85 with cab thus why the $29K figure looked so high to him (I agreed ). We're going to keep discussing the prices as I may look at it versus a TN75 as well. If anyone else has priced one of the new 2400 series models, please let me know.

Still talking to dealer. So, the T2410 is $29,5750 with cab (no loader) and the 12x12 SSS transmission and 1 remote. Seems real high to me so we're pricing the new T4010 (old TN70). I have more info on new TN series that I'll add in another thread.
