New to board w/ BX1500

Got my new toy this week. 0% for 36 months was hard to turn down, needed a new tractor anyway.Got to use the FEL, dug a 4 X 8 hole for a pad for mailbox/trash pick-up spot. Mixed cement in bucket, second load, tractor would not start. DEAD no lights, nothing. Go thing salesman show me where main fuse is. Pulled out and reinstalled. Got power now. Mowed grass on Sat. did it in 1/2 hour and 1/2 gal of fuel less. Tonight moved a 600+ lb. cement slab. So far very happy with tractor, just sorry I didn't get one years ago.

Glad you are enjoying your new tractor.

But be careful...you just might end up with more than one of these tools!

I know what you mean about the zero percent...caused me to by a second one...

Welcome to tbn. Sounds like you're already hard at work! You'll find lots of other BX owners here. Got my BX22 back at the end of June, love it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif! I've found lots of useful stuff that pertains to our tractors, too. Learn something new everytime I sign in.

The fuse didn't blow, just losse connection. All ready look for trailer,tiller, and small back hoe for it.

You got the wrong tractor, no backhoes for the BX1500... You should have gotten the BX22.

Yes I know Kubota dosn't make one , but there are after market/plans for ones to mount to a 3 PT hitch. Just need one to do very light work, like 4-6" wide trenches. Also included a pic showing new and old toys.
