Just got a new BX2200 and wanted to thank everyone for all of the information I was able to collect from your discussions. Took delivery of BX2200 with 60"mmm, FEL, & 48" Woods Box Blade. The dealer also welded on a chain hook on the FEL and installed the brushed aluminum grill guard off of a BX22. I look forward to future discussions and many happy hours on my new 'Bota.

Nice looking machine, Shark! I recently got the same rig, except instead of the box blade, I got a 42" bush hog. I've logged about 10 hours on it so far. Only 1 hr. with the fel, the other 9 were mowing. We have 7 acres to mow and the field was almost up to the headlights of the tractor when I mowed it with my 60MMM. I should have used the hog and then the MMM, but was anxious to see what the MMM would do. It went through it nicely! But I had a bunch of cut grass remaining (could've bailed hay!) so when I mow it this weekend, it'll demolish that grass and I'll be able to take my golf wedge out there and do some practicing for an upcoming local tournament. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Let us know how it works for you!

Congrats on the new BX! I have the woods gbc also, and so far it seems like a pretty good unit.

Will the MMM mulch what is on the ground now?

When I took delivery of my 'Bota, the grass was 8-10 inches & higher in spots (neighbors were loving me). The mmm cut it down to size without even bogging down. A second pass after the grass had dried and the yard looks great. This tractor is fun.

The box blade has been a great ballast for the FEL and I hope to use it quite a bit for grading as well. For the price, I think it was well worth it.
