Good luck with it.

Sweet. Be sure to adjust those scalp rollers. They should be between 1/4" and 1/2" from the ground. Enjoy your new workhorse.

Very nice but NEEDS BACKHOE

Depends on his needs. To me a Back hoe was a boat anchor to others it makes it a tractor.

Sorry I don't buy the, if you have one you'll use argument.

But, based on past threads, to you a FEL is a battering ram :)
Is this practice bad (Ramming something with FEL)

The OP was also offered a BH http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/.../150152-price-check-please-2.html#post1737666 at a great price.

Very nice but NEEDS BACKHOE
Actually it had a backhoe. The original owner purchased the machine from the local dealer in April 2008 and at some later time added a BH65 backhoe also purchased from the local dealer. I would like the backhoe, but that increased the price by another $6K and I just could not justify that expense at this time. As the owner plans to sell the backhoe separately, I need to remove the parts associated with the backhoe and return to the original owner so he can sell them with the backhoe. These parts would include the subframe, the hydraulic hoses and the swivel mechanism for the seat. The subframe is no problem, but apparently the there is a tubing that must run between the hydraulic ports when the hoses are removed and the seat requires different mounting hardware. My problems is that the local dealer indicated to me that I would have to purchase these items from him. My feeling is that the original owner should have been give the parts which were exchanged when the backhoe was purchased. Does anyone out there have any experience adding a backhoe after the original purchase or knowledge as to what Kubota's official position on what happens to the exchanged parts when a backhoe is installed?

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Update: Went down the see the local dealer this morning. Some of the greatest people I have ever met! Not only did they give me the parts I needed, the one mechanic took the time to show me the little details. I will be more than happy to deal with them in the future.
