New toy but what options?

Ya I was pretty impressed with the specs myself. I was real set on having the factory look with more capacity. It is the 2.5" unit and my pintle is rated 20k.

You will be all set as long as its 2.5". Did you get a adapter sleve to also allow you to utilize 2" receivers? On my Ford 2.5" hitch and my Reece Titan 2.5" hitch they down rated when using the sleeve to 10,000#. Its really not a issue because most 2" bars are not rated above that. Also did you get the 2.5" hitch pin? Its still 5/8" diamater but is longer to compensate for the large tube size.

Just a few years ago you could not get one with a factory look. All the aftermarket ones for GM trucks hung way down and were square.

Just a hint, but every hitch I have put on was much easier and sometimes necessary to drop the spare tire. They are also heavy so if you do not have 2 helpers to hold it up it can be a pain. I made a hitch adapter for my 3.5 ton floor jack. Its really just a piece of tube with 3/4" all thread. I take off the lift pad, drop the all thread though the hole, snug up the bolt, then jack it up in place.

Well I put it on today and all I can say is WOW. The install was so smooth that it didn't even take 10 min. The hitch fit is as good as the original and doubt anyone could tell it's aftermarket. I'll snap a pic later(crappy weather today) and you guys can be the judge. I definatly recommend this hitch to other GM HD owners without hesitation.
