New tractor owner

Well, my wife insisted I take early retirement. So we bought a farm in SC followed by a tractor. Looked at blue, orange and green for the past two months; mostly compacts for mixed use. Just couldn't pass up a good deal on a used 4700 HST (500 hr) from a local dealer (FEL, HD bucket, toothbar, filled R4s, JD brush hog and boxscraper. This board has helped me alot in sorting through my needs/attachments. Just want to say thanks. We've got approximately 120 acres in hay (leased to a local farmer w/ big equipment), 80+ acres in brush, and a 12 acre pond with trees surrounding most of the property. My neighbor has a couple of dozers so he's been hired to cut the main road to our house site plus a perimeter road for fencing. I'll use the tractor initally for cleaning up the forrest roads & brush. When the house is finished we'll gravel the main road and I'll pick up a rear blade. Workshop/tractor garage will be built first. For now, my JD will be stored at the neighbors. We'll be building a barn in 18 months w/ pastures so the tractor will be very useful then. Got to go, wife is breathing down my neck to take her and the dog over to the property for exercise.
