Well, I got several things accomplished this weekend in spite of the rain. Got the trailer de rusted and painted. Made my toothbar for my bucket and adapted my 3 pt hitch to move around the gooseneck trailer when needed.

I see a sprocket on the hitch...is it chain drive?

I like the chain hooks on the lift arm shackles. That's a great idea.

Yeah, I needed a wide base to support the gooseneck once the ball goes up inside and I had some 6x6 square plates but couldn't locate them. (I must have put them somewhere I wouldn't forget). But I did forget so I used the next best thing I had and it was an old Chevy timing chain gear I found in a bottom drawer of my tool box. It serves the purpose.

I added the hooks to chain down my tractor on the trailer. Had no other place to attach a chain and didn't want to wrap it around the axle.

I sure hope you guys come out all right. I live in Michigan and the economy here is in terrible shape and with all of the plants closing or moving out of state things do not look good.
