Here is how I am going to attach the Aluminum Rails.

It's tough to tell from NJ, but it looks right. For me I put the rear and sides up as high as they would go as they hit the cross bars on the sides and washers on the rear. Then I just matched their position for the front.

I figured out I had the front Rail facing inward, it should be reversed. Kind of a pain drilling the FOPS.

For what the ask for the kit list, the windshield material should be used all over. The side panels are kind of dull and scratchy the rear is shower curtain material. Fits well, for the most part. Glad I only paid what I did for it, For Full List at $100, it should be a super premium kit.

Front railing? You mean the aluminum track? How could it be backward? Wasn't the 3m pre attached?


I think these front windshields are actually the upgraded models too. The standard ones I think are the cheaper plastic and have a half circle zipper.

I'm going to try some Plexus on the windows and see if they clear up a bit.

I had the Aluminum track channel facing rearwards, it t should face forward, with flange, adhesive part facing rearwards. See Photos

Now I'm confused. I put all 4 of the tracks on the inside of the fops. Are you thinking that's wrong?

You have yours in the front by the lights?

No not in front of the Lights.
I'm thinking it may be the best fit with the Track Channel stuck to the bottom of the FOPS beam, not the inside vertical portion
I'm not sure if I want to face track forward or rearwards. I have everything on except the Windshield and the entry door, so I'll try to see how the windshield fits with the channel both ways, before I peel off the 3M VHB.

I used an 0.165 dia. dill to make the holes for the track channel, tough drill thru that FOPS.
Plexus? where is a good place to buy some.

Honestly I haven't drilled yet. I figured I'd see how the 3m works and make sure I like how it functions before making it permanent.

I get my plexus from amazon. I use it on my jeep soft top windows with good luck.

All installed. Kind of a pain, but should be a lot quicker next year.

The front rail track I faced forward, as it makes the encloser about an inch father away from the steering wheel.
