New warranty BX seat!

Hey everyone, I'm a new member here. I just purchased a BX2350 2 months ago and I love it!

Thanks to this forum, I found out about the seat replacement program. I called my dealer and they put me on the list, 9 days later their shipment came in and I've now got my new seat on the BX.

The new seat is great!

Thanks for making everyone aware of this program!

Not that I'm a long-time or frequent poster, but imagine the chagrin on some of the old-timers faces right now, that have been waiting for 6 months for this friggin' seat, and then see you come aboard in your first post, sayin' you scored one in 9 days...

Long Story, Short Version---4 months ago I went to the local Kubota dealer with the bulletin I printed from this website. They new nothing about it, I went to the parts department????, who sent me to the head of sales????, who new nothing but said he would look into it. Left store, called a week later asked whats the deal, was told they had to order 6 seats at a time and they were backordered. I called every 2-3 weeks for 3 months and got the same runaround. Called the parts department talked to a guy there who said talk to the warranty manager. Told him what I was looking for and said to him if I had the right darn *&%$#@ seat, my ***** would be in it more often, which meant more hours on the B3030, which meant more wear n tear, which meant I would be back more often for parts/repairs. Great guy, had the seat in 3 days!!!!!

Haven't looked in here since page one.

Are the new seats coming in to dealers? I sorta' half expect that mine would call when he got some, but maybe not.

Been waiting since early July.

Don't these guys that find out about the seats and three days later have one from thier dealer drive you nuts.

I can't take it anymore.

Been waiting since early June. Dealer said he just found out about 5 minutes before I walked in back then.

Sorry that I got mine before you guys....I was fully expecting it to take 3+ months before I'd see my new seat.

Maybe it helped that my dealer is in a very rural area and maybe there wasn't as many seats ordered as your areas, I'm not sure though.

Sometimes just plain old dumb luck works! I read this thread, called a local dealer and had mine the next morning...

Dunno if I just happen to call at the right time of if this dealer had seats sitting around for a while. As I posted before though, the dealer I bought my B7800 from did not have any seats, I had to call around to other dealers. I guess not everyone has multiple dealers in a 50 miles radius...

Got my new tractor yesterday, actually just put the new seat on the BX2350 I bought a year ago, the new seat is so much better than the old one, it makes me feel like I've got totally different tractor.

Dlr. tells me my seat will be there monday waiting for me .Just bring in the old seat.
