Hi Cliff,

Tried to email - but no response.
Hmm, not sure what might be wrong. I just checked email and didn't have any emails from you.

Anyway... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I got the gauges and I will be testing this weekend. Been having afternoon thunderstorms that have prevented it until now.

Mike - Glad you got the guage.

My email had problem - not yours.

OK now. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Let us know what pressure you had and such. I have the same tractor as you - the TC25D. Curious to see if you can raise your tires - I still can not (unless I curl the bucket)

My pressure is 1,825 psi at 2,600 rpm. Remember, though, I had turned the set screw in 1/4 turn. So, my original pressure was 1,700 psi at 2,600 rpm. This jives with Spencer's test that indicated 1/4 turn equals 125 psi.

I wonder if the different capabilities are caused by following a different procedure?

1. Tractor running at 2,600 rpm.
2. Transmission in Neutral.
3. Parking brake off.
4. Curl bucket.
5. Push FEL control forward.

Here's a picture of my TC25D (taken just before it started to rain!)

Ok I am confused on exactly how to do this. I get a reading of 2150lbs. When the loader cant lift or tilt then it just trips the relief valve. All my readings on different color fittings were 2150 and at 2600 rpms but rpms didnt seem to matter. How do you get the lower loader pressure reading. Im a liitle confused on this i guess.

Try hooking both sides of the gauge up to the quick disconnects and see what your pressures are.

Roto,
I think I am next on the list. I have sent you a PM with my info.

Thanks

You may not get the lower reading that everyone is talking about we tend to set ours higher when we set them up so that there is more customer satisfaction with the loader.
