<font color="red"> The pallet fork is another issue. I believe the pallet fork weighs about 200#, which would leave about 600# of capacity with the B2910 and 740# with the TX29DA (after deducting the bucket weight). I don't know if the additional 140 or 150# in loader capacity is be worth the additional 700# of tractor weight.

rolando, if you want 100% of the loader capacity that the B2910 has, in a tractor that is smaller & lighter & tighter turning, yet still offers a lot of deluxe features, you might want to consider the TC24DA. The NH12LA loader is equal to the LA402 on the B2910. The TC24DA is about 15" shorter overall than the B2910, and a few inches narrower, and turns tighter so it is, in my opinion, a better mowing tractor . . . however it will power a 60" finish mower while the B2910 will power a 72" finish mower.
With some pretty rare exceptions, I find that the TC24 will do virtually everything the B2910 will do. Some things are more easily accomplished with the TC24 because its size is smaller and turning abilities are tighter. The one place where the TC24 really falls short is in the PTO hp compared to the B2910, other than that, I actually prefer using the smaller machine for many tasks, especially FEL work.
Regardless of your tractor choice, for using pallet forks, TAKE THE BUCKET OFF and use forks alone, that way you keep the weight from moving even farther forward which pretty dramatically reduces the lift capacity while simultaneously altering the balance point requiring more rear ballast.
