NH TN75

Andy, if I remember correctly and I don't feel like looking it up on NH's parts site, NH did change the loader hookup by adding two remotes to the right side under the step. The joystick controlled these remotes and then you could still get three or four remotes on the back.

this is how mine is (07)

2 midmount loaders

3 more in the rear.

Sorry for the delay in posting but on the beach in south Alabama.

2 rear remotes, 2 wheel drive.

FEL: I've been told to stay away from Great Plains and recommended Koyker, woods and NH. I was expecting to pay around 5K (sounding like I may be spending more) on FEL. I don't need anything special... mostly moving sand and hay bales (1,000 lbs to 1,200 lbs).

Thanks for all the info.... recommendations on FEL and cost would help in the decision making.... thanks again.

Physically I'm on the beach but my heart is in the cock pit of my NH. :)

Loader on TN will pick up way over 1200 lb. I don't think they make a "light duty" loader. Loader's are usually sized to machines. I like my NH loader and $6500 is about right. I think Woods is ok. Don't know about Koyker on TN

Loader guy lurking about....checking in.
If tractor has joystick operating rear remotes..We have a kit available that allows the use of he remotes without unplugging loader hoses etc. actually quite a simple solution.

can you elaborate more on this kit?

Hey Robert:

If you look at the remote couplers at the back of the tractor, there are 4 "banjo" bolts between the outlets. these bolts are removed and replaced with special banjo adaptors. hoses are run from the 4 banjo adaptors, up to the loader. 2 shutoff ball valves are installed at the loader. When the ball valves are shut-off the remotes are operational.

Thanks, do you have pics of the banjo adaptors? How much is the kit and is it just the adaptors and ball valves? I usually have to unplug the curl function of my loader as my baler and discbine both need two sets of remotes and my TN only has three. I have thought of adding a forth set but didn't want to spend much on it for something I only deal with a couple months out of the year.

That sounds simple enough. What is the pressure rating on the ball valves?

Robert

Kit runs about $400 and includes, hoses, ballvalves, banjo's etc.
You can Call Lamb and Webster or Rodgers and Sons. Or call the office and we can hook ya up. 866 850 4047.

Not sure of the rating of the ball valves, but have using them for years without failure.

I like the concept, but not knowing the pressure rating of one of the major components is a problem for me. There are high pressure ball valves available, but they are not common, or cheap. We have all seen common plumbing fittings used on hydraulic systems. This type of fitting is typically rated around 750 psi. They don't fail often, but I'm not about to put plumbing fittings with similar ratings in my customer's FEL circuits. I don't need that type of exposure.
