I had a TDA-55. Numerous things went wrong with it. The valves that control bucket tilt had to be replaced. Anytime I would backdrag the bucket would just curl up. Not enough to keep it in any one position. That was 2 trips to the dealer to figure out. 3 Hyd lines at different times failed. 2 times just moving the back hoe to the side...no load what so ever. The main Hyd line to the back hoe blew off moving the tractor out of the garage. These were all warranty...dealer was great. The straw that broke the camels back was when I was about 2 miles in the woods. I was skidding out logs...about to skid logs, didn't even get to. The tractor just would not engage any gears forward of reverse. Ran fine...I thought maybe I blew a fuse...nope...I could not figure it out...made the mayday call to the dealer and they sent a mechanic out. He and I tried numerous things, jumping wires, swicthing out shuttle valves...everything we could. One time she worked. i made it about 50 yards and nothing. We could not figure it out. it did that a few time more and then finally nothing. Called the dealer and they brought out another tractor to tow mine out. They had mine for about 3 weeks. They said it was moisture inside the e-brake. They didn't seem real convincing but what could I do. got it back and a few weeks later was doing the same thing...now I take care of my stuff...garaged and plugged in clean. So I finally made the call to my salesman and said something must be done. They and NH came up big for me...new 75 and bought the 55 back. The dealer was Romance in Arcade NY and they were great. My 75 has loader one rear remote...forrestry/skidder chains on all 4, 16-16 trans, 759c 84 inch box scraper post hole digger. I'm getting into firewood/logging so I just got a Farmi 501 winch. Sorry for the length of ths post...I could talk tractors all day...
