Oil & Fuel No Acceleration help 3505

My 3505 sat for a few months, and now it starts but all it does is idle 300-500 and back. Fuel cleared, parts all moving, good suction. Just cycles like this. sounds like this.

Any help with a starting point or process of elimination is much appreciated.

My first thought is there is a severe "stoppage" in the fuel flow path.. You cannot get any quantity of fuel flow when you open the throttle. Change the filter, and see that proper flow will come out of the tank.. You either grew something in the tank (diesel bugs), or someone threw a handful of dirt in it.. or something.. That is where I would start.. IF it is the injector pump.. well lets not go there just yet.
