No fuel to injectors

I have acquired a Kubota L2350 which has not ran for 4 years.
I replaced the fuel and filter, bled the filter. Throttle full open I am not getting fuel delivery to the injectors.
Any suggestions?

Check and see if the shut off lever is indeed moving to the run position. If it is, the pump may be gummed up internally holding the rack in the stop position.

is the gas cap air vent clean? i had a similer prob no fuel i cleaned the air vent and got fuel .
