Not a genius, just worked on electrical a lot in my years in emergency services. Glad you got it working. Consider it an early Christmas present.

Jinman HM50 does go to fuse #7.

Yes, the current carrying capability I2R losses are real. A tiny, tiny wire will show a voltage, but flow very little current. That is why you might see 12V on your volt meter, but the circuit will not work. You might even see you test light/probe light also, but the circuit does not work under full load.

A few weeks ago, in a thread in "transportation", I found my trailer brakes were not getting full voltage under load. I was only getting about 1/2 power to the brakes. Turns out, my "T" adapter for the in-bed 5th wheel connector did not have the two grounds that my truck harness had; I was being current limited by the limited wire going to my trailer receptacle.

Made the second connection, and presto I had full voltage AND current going to my brakes.
@repowel - alright, I have to admit when I read your post last night I thought you were full of it... "a wire that carries full voltage but no amps" that's just silly talk... So, well, um... You are a genius!

I'll be damned...

There is such a thing a a wire that passes voltage but no amps...

This reminds me; I have a light out on the front of my TC40D. Wonder how much that light will be... Cause, I am guessing it is a NH only, not NAPA or Autozone available light...

@RobertN - if they are like mine, they are Sylvania bulbs (the ones that do the low/high). About $29 at Advanced Auto...

I just dug my book out; they list a 849 halogen bulb, available from most parts stores. I have to go pull pull a bulb to make sure though, mine is a TC40D; I wound up with a TC40DA book...

Fishpick, thanks for the partial schematic and photo of your relays. I "stole" those photos and put them with my other cache of goodies to use for future reference on the "DA" models. You just might see that photo of yours show up in somebody else's thread. I'll try to remember and always give you credit.;)

I found them at the local NAPA, $7.49.

But.... I could not find them by simply looking up an 894 bulb, by any manufacture. I had to google, where I found they are also used for 2000 Camaro's in the factory fog lights.

Armed with that, I looked it up at NAPA and O'reilly for a 2000 Camaro, and they showed numerous manufactures.

Will pick a couple up tomorrow after work...
