Andy is that sticker still there below the NH logo?

Mine came off right after the battery incident.

The sticker is still there. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
I'm a proud New Holland owner, but I wish my dealer (and your dealer) was a little more "customer-friendly". I think his personality towards tractor shoppers, and past buyers too, is driving people elsewhere.

On the other end of the spectrum, I bought a new car from another small country dealership last year and I can't say enough about them.

PineRidge,

For the size of a Class III Boomer, makes all the difference in the world having the supersteer. At an incredible 75 degree turn you can't beat it when you get in a tight spot. Sometimes, almost feels like your going sideways....just phenomenal. I bought my tractor used so already had it. I have been told it is a $2,000 option. If I bought the tractor new, more than likely I would not have opted out for supersteer but that decision would have been made primarily from an economical standpoint. From a practical standpoint (and cash is not an issue) would highly recommend supersteer to any considering it especially if you know in advance the type of work you will be doing. I see from your pics that you also have supersteer. I'm sure you agree with the great steering response you get with this option.

P.S. Your "Blue Thunder" has a formidable presence on this forum. Just awesome pics of an outstanding machine !

Kozak thanks for the complement. We can't say anything bad about SuperSteer ourselves, we ordered it as an option, and would do so again. When we have pallets to move SuperSteer has made the power steering effortless and it's nice to know that we can literally turn on a dime and give you back nine cents change. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif When I see a few others complaining about loss of steering control with heavy loads SuperSteer always comes to my mind, its nice.

AndyM I think our biggest problem is that our mutual friend just isn't connected. See my other rant, er I mean post here

Here is a picture of my TN65! Had been a lurker for over two years, but now that I have got my "OWN" "BLUE" "TRACTOR" I may be a Silver member before I know it! This tractor has already changed my life for the good! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

PineRidge,

I had a TC29 w/o Super Steer, and never once gave it a thought. When I got my TC35, hmmmm... It doesn't turn nearly as tightly as the TC29 did, and it makes me more than a little envious of SS.

I do a lot of heavy lifting and hauling with the FEL. What's the word on reliability of SS/bearings/spindles, Etc. with pretty heavy use?

Aw man, that thang is butt-ugly. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Next time, show her doing some work instead of a glamor shot. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Have Blue I really can't speak for longevity of the SuperSteer as we have only had ours a bit over a year. Don't New Holland's last forever? /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Like many others I've been a lurker here for a while and am now a proud owner. Thanks to everyone for the great information and entertaining discussions.

Here's a pic about 30 minutes before I really used it for the first time. It's now very dirty and I think I saw a scratch -- the honeymoon is over. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
