No Reverse

I have until recently used my friend's L295 2 wheel drive bota. Today while bushhogging I suddenly had no reverse. Any thoughts on the likely problem?

Maybe the shifter fork inside is broken - happened on my L345 once. If you take off the plate and shift lever you'll see the shifter parts in there that the lever contacts. On mine the reverse one was broken - I was able to take out the broken parts and put in the new one all from the top - very little disassembly. Hope this is useful. Dick Bargeron
