I have ordered (by phone) some power tools, welding, painting, sandblasting and towing/trailer parts. Always used ground shipping, recieved error free in about 10 days.

I ordered some things from them last spring and they came in 3 shipments in 10 - 14 days. Received
everything as ordered.
Their shipping charges have almost doubled in the past year and I probably will only order from them
if they offer free shipping. I can find some items much cheaper locally, but some of their stuff has a low price.
I did order 3 things online on 7/10 and will see how long it takes.

i ordered a grease gun filler for five gallon grease bucket, when i received the filler, the coupler and the adapter for the grease gun was missing, i emailed Northern and received the response, discard the unit and a replacement will be sent. they send a complete unit, free. the first grease gun filler had a parts list with it so i sent a note to the manufacturer, they sent the two pieces i needed also free. i now had two grease gun fillers, gave one to my son. i'm happy with Northern.
