Hey guys new member here. I've got a nortrac/yuchai rubber track dozer and I'm looking for info on the proper track adjustment. Any info would be much appreciated

To the forum Corey. I am sure that someone here will be able to help. Just might take a day or two.

Might want to try to post in the Chinese tractor section. There are some posts on these dozers over there.

Measure From the top of the track frame to the middle part of the track in between the top roller and front idler. Usually 2.5 to 3 inches of sag on most dozers are good. Just don't get them tight. You can blow out the track adjuster or brake the track in half.

An inch of sag is plenty unless you are on muddy ground. To much sag and the tracks will flop off, to tight and it will bugger the idler bushing.
