It's because you are a wicked, mean and nasty person. You are destined to be deleted. :D:D:D

if that's true.. then I'm doomed if the postings in that trailer / emergency brake thread are any indication

I mean.. at any moment i could simply disappear.. just right in the (zap!)

There shouldn't be anything "baffling" about it. It's been a few years since I was able to read everything posted (or even a small percentage of what's posted), and I'm sure it's the same with all TBN staff members and moderators. I haven't yet seen anything "winked" at . . . oh yeah, I wouldn't see it if you or any other member winked, would I? So moderators sometimes find something themselves that shouldn't be, but most of the moderation is done after something is reported by other members. And I think that's as it should be. We do depend on our membership. And I didn't even know we had a "Fill in the Blank" forum.

So any member can be a self-appointed censor? The ONLY times I have reported anything here was when the thread or post was BLATANTLY spamming...never for any other reason.

not exactly.

more like self appointed hall monitor. Observe and report. :)

Yep, then it's up to the TBN Management to review and make the determination...

BTW, JDgreen227...I just figured it out. When one of your posts/threads gets removed, every member of TBN gets notified EXCEPT you! See, we're all in the secret and I just let the cat out of the bag!

As Soundguy said, it's observe and report. The report goes to each moderator for them to consider whether or not action is needed. Action usually is needed, but not always. And yes, spam is the thing most frequently reported, but other violations of TBN Terms of Use need to be reported also.

Wish we could get rid of some of the trolls--both single posters and those who can string the gang along for a while.

who is on your list? Should post your suspected trolls, then we would all know who they are.

Look at it this way.... there's hardly a high-post member here that has not had a few posts or even a few threads removed. You will be hard pressed to find any of them upset about it.

I don't think I ever had a post removed. Should I live closer to the edge? Push the envelope?

Just to forewarn you, if it looks like I'm winking, I'm not - it's a twitch
