David we set our sights a little lower today, and made a deal for the DK35se with KL351 loader, only gained about 270 lbs lift capacity, but a whole lot of other "goodies" on this slick tractor, Good news is that it will only be about 25 more dollars per month.. and should solve the jerky 3pt hitch problem once and for all Thanks everyone for putting up with my wishy-washy decision process, but I should be a "member of the pack" pretty soon.. aaaahhhhoooooo
