GreatWhite..

Was looking on CL this PM for JD stuff and found this 110 in NH. As you see it has thumb and what appear to be front remotes. Looks pretty clean for 1600 hrs.

Well as our friend over in the transportation forum claims. The Dmax will never make it.

Matt

Yeah... I've heard that from him! Trouble is - I've got 70,000 miles of Alcan Hwy on mine that says he doesn't know what he's talking about!! :D

2 repairs in 135k miles. 1 cooler line and 1 rear axle seal - that's it! Heavy loads up and down over everything the Rocky Mtn's have to offer..

I actually came across this one today while on search tempest. It does look clean but I'm gonna look for less hrs.

I don't have the vacation time to drive that far unfortunatly. I just took a new job and my vaca is pro rated, so driving too far is out. I've seen a few nice units in upstate NY.

I'm sure glad you too can represent a good product in the transportation forum. Some think I'm bad in the tractor forum, well I'll just say I'm going to stay out of transportation:laughing: I've got blood in the water (literally) with GM as my mother has worked at GM since graduating college and numerous other family and friends work for GM. My last truck (besides the 4500) was a 2500HD Duramax when I had a fifth wheel camper. What a great truck it was! Around 110k on it when I sold it, I was using it as a daily driver, and with the 4500 and access to an F250, I wanted something more economical to drive and easier to maneuver. I wish I'd never sold it, though, sure was a really nice truck with no problems whatsoever and the Duramax, well, it's a tank:thumbsup:

For this reason I just signed up on a different, Deere specific, tractor forum. There were some posts on TBN that were way out of line and it threw me over the edge. So far I've been enjoying it, and NO BASHING!! I'll still be here, but I'll be avoiding some here and try and spend more time there.

Anyway, glad the weekend is upon us, but we got some crappy weather here in Michigan. Forecast of snow:eek:

Yeah, I haven't been "over there" for some time, now. Good info and good discussions. Little slower pace of things, though.

Great weather here in AK! 45F yesterday and maybe the same today! Yes!! Saw some mud and running water... on top of the snow. :D

I had to do a little trickery using a redirect, but I got a direct link to something yourself and Steve may want to read. I just joined, but some other members sure do miss the both of you. I wouldn't mind seeing you back there myself:thumbsup:

Don't worry, I'm not leaving anytime soon.

Is this what your thinking? This what you posted on gtt

And I agree with you completely about TBN. After coming here, I've been spending nearly all my time here and only replying to threads I've subscribed to over there. The orange users may call us green lovers bad, but I would really like them to take a look back at the situation and see some of the things they post. Don't get me started on some of these people. I don't want to name names publicly, but there are some bad ones that drive me up a wall. You post something suggesting something different than a Kubota and they pull out the green lover card. Then they go on to say what's wrong with everything besides Kubota. It's not everyone and there is one particular that is the other shade of orange (Kioti), don't want to name names, but you probably know, who has a dealer who has told him that some JD products are flat out bad and to buy something else and they have their repair center in the front of the store. Sorry about the rant, and for those of you to ask, I do feel better now. All the more reason to be on GTT, the people here are MUCH more reasonable and not uppity about everything like on the other side of the fence
