If it has more memory than the SE, I would get it. If not, save the $100. Lol.
.....Storage space for me is important, as we live in the boonies with no internet, and sometimes spotty cell service.......so I download a lot of stuff to my phone so I can access it when I don't have a signal.. storage can get eaten up quickly by a few videos.

They are both 32 GB...

I will mostly be off loading video onto a laptop or tablet etc...
