What you have is a Orchard Special, they are very common here in the orchards and vineyards in the northwest. They used the 3 cyl. gas or diesel with heavy front and rear axle. Here are pictures of one with a front bin lift we got new.

Compared to a agricultural-spec Australian version (US Utility version?), that's been fed some steroids.
