Here in Oregon On-Road taxed diesel has to be B10 or B20 blend, Off-Road dyed diesel can be straight diesel. All our fuel is still ULSD but if you can get away from the veggie oil in your fuel you will be better off. I have had a lot of trouble in the winter with the veggie oil forming balls in my fuel and plugging filters no additive can fix biofuel in my opinion. If it doesn't have a license plate it gets red fuel #2 in the summer #2 chemically treated in the winter.
